1. DSPs must have direct deposit to access their paystubs from the DSP Portal. It takes at least two weeks after direct deposit sign up to see IPay link.
2. DSPs cannot access paystubs from a smart phone.
3. Previously, a DSP could use the desktop DSP Portal link to access their paystubs from a mobile Android device. You can no longer access IPay from any smart phone. All traffic to the desktop link accessed from a smart phone gets redirected to the mobile link. DSP mobile does not have the IPay link due to security reasons.
4. If DSP has direct deposit and still cannot access their paystubs from the desktop link on a desktop computer, there may be a security issue with the account. In this case, the user will receive an error message when clicking on the IPay link on the DSP Portal home page. We would then need DSP Comp to further investigate the DSP's personal information on file.
